We have been translating numerous documents of all kinds from various sectors in record time for our clients from the very first day we opened for business many years ago.
A proven method
When translating a document, we apply a rigorous work method to ensure that our clients receive an optimal final product that meets their needs.
Once we have received your request for a quote, you will be assigned one project manager who will review your project requirements to advise on the most appropriate solutions and with whom you will liaise throughout the process until final approval. The Project Management department is the core of our company responsible for:
- Reviewing your precise needs;
- Preparing a concrete response and project plan
- Selecting the specialized translator(s) who will be in charge of the project until it is completed;
- Receiving and checking the translation so that it fully meets your expectations;
- Delivering the translation in the medium of your choice;
- Available when needed. Our work continues after delivery and we are available for any comments or questions that may arise. Accuracy value offers long-term monitoring.
Consistency, quality and accuracy
A quality translation must be accurate and consistent, regardless of the type of project. We use several essential tools, such as glossaries, translation memories and computer-assisted translation (CAT) programs, during the translation process to secure these two aspects.
Our specialized translations are the result of cooperation between professional translators with university degrees and experts in different fields of knowledge. If necessary, our translators can establish direct contact with the client to discuss issues related to your assignment.
